Maggie Snow

Maggie Snow has been with Dunwoody Christian Academy since 2005. She began as a floater and After School teacher before working in Administration. She became the Assistant Director in 2009 and in 2018 Maggie became the Director of Dunwoody Christian Academy. She holds a Child Development Associate and Human Resources Certificate.

Latoya McCoy

Latoya McCoy has been with Dunwoody Christian Academy since 2006 and became the after school Director in early 2021. She was a Pre-K teacher at DCA for nine years before being promoted to Administrative Assistant of After School. She has worked in the Early Childhood Education field since she was 14 and held a Child Development Associate Credential.

Tontalan Johnson

Tontalan Johnson has been with Dunwoody Christian academy since January 2018. She started as an assistant in Pre-k Prep1 and, within a year, became a lead. In 2020, during the pandemic, she joined the Administrative team. Tontalan has worked in Early Childhood Education since she was 16. She is married with two children, one boy and one girl.

"Our son has going to DCA for the last 5 years, and we can't imagine sending him to another school. Everyone knows every child by name, and the teachers do such a great job taking care of the kids. “My son has been going to DCA since he was 5 months old. He loves all the teachers that have cared for him. All the staff and teachers at DCA truly love and care about every kid. And also, they go out of their way to plan so many interesting activities and field trips, like fun day at Puppetry Art and visiting the Coca Cola museum. They have a big outdoor playground and a large indoor rock house.
Another great thing about DCA is that it has first grade. This is really beneficial when your kids age are around the cut-off point and don’t want to repeat kindergarten."

I've noticed most of the negative comments are from ex employees (bitter?), or their friends who have no kids, or affiliation with the school. One guy commented "this place sucks"! Really? If you care about your children getting a good early start on education and a caring environment then this is a great school! My toddler daughter has the same teachers that my son had years back, and every single person in the building knows their names and greets them warmly every single day. My elementary-aged son attends for after school care, and DCA goes and picks him up from the local elementary every day in the church bus. It's just a fantastic environment!"
